Customers at womenswear e-tailer Finery can now purchase items by entering their email and postcode thanks to the integration of Klarna's eCommerce technology at the online checkout.
The vendor's Checkout and Pay After Delivery technology is now available to all Finery shoppers in the UK and in international markets.
Using this payments method allows customers to avoid inserting lengthy log-in information and card details, while the Pay After Delivery aspect means shoppers have the option of paying for the items up to 14 days after they have received them. Finery sees this as a way of allowing customers to return unwanted items without having to seek a refund.
Luca Marini, COO at Finery, said it is important to "eliminate friction" for customers in order to win in the competitive online fashion retail space.
"We strive to be at the forefront of eCommerce offering a simple, hassle-free browsing and buying experience," he explained.
Finery recently picked up the retail website of the year accolade in the 2016 Retail Systems Awards, with the prize presented to the management team by RBTE event director, Matt Bradley.
Klarna will be exhibiting at next year's RBTE. Event attendees will be able to visit the payments company's stand at London's Olympia on 8-9 May 2017.
