Joules has partnered with Yext to strengthen its digital presence by managing information about the retailer which is in the public domain online.

By deploying Yext’s Knowledge Engine, Joules will be able to keep on top of its online identity. The knowledge management platform will power of the retailer’s store locations across the UK to ensure the information is consistent across maps, apps and search engines customers might use to engage with Joules.

Joules will be able to update its digital presence with information about location, opening hours, promotions and products in real-time using the cloud-based platform.
