Why are you exhibiting at RBTE in 2017 for the first time?
We’re very much global in outlook, but our core customer base is in the UK and Europe so RBTE is a good opportunity to talk to existing and future customers, and to showcase new products we’re introducing this year, such as our excellent Pro7 headset Click & Collect system.
How effective is RBTE compared to your other forms of marketing?
We’re very pro-active in PR and marketing across all media but events like RBTE remain the right place for face to face quality-time with retailers looking for new and better technology ideas. I often view PR & marketing planting the ideas, but it’s face to face where the opportunities and solutions are talked through.

Not so much a single show, but Netflix is a brilliant distraction.

Make the conscious decision not to tell anyone I’d just won the lottery.
