Why are you returning to RBTE in 2017?

RBTE is a great opportunity to meet and network with industry leaders in a relaxed environment. The breadth of exhibitors at RBTE makes this a market leading event that attracts a high level of representation from the UK’s biggest retailers. As a business that solely focuses on the retail sector and continues to invest in developing solutions that improve efficiency, staff engagement and service, RBTE is a great platform to engage with current and potential customers. 

How effective is RBTE compared to your other forms of marketing? 

Like any trade event, the success of RBTE is 30% in the preparation and 70% in who attends on the day. RBTE attracts a broad section of representatives from most of the major retailers including C-level and operational heads which provides a strong platform for us to work with. Whilst the initial investment is high, the benefit of face-to-face contact and to understand and engage with potential customers is invaluable and as such, we regard this event as a key part of our marketing plan.
