Why are you exhibiting at RBTE in 2017 for the first time?
The retail sector is a very important market for us. As a key event in the sector, RBTE is a fantastic opportunity to productively network with appropriate contacts in the sector and inspire ideas how retailers can effectively use communications technologies both to deliver coherent customer experiences and to turn staff into customer service champions at every touchpoint.
How effective is RBTE compared to your other forms of marketing?
We take a balanced, integrated approach to marketing. RBTE is an important part in our overall mix and most notably gives us the opportunity to get firsthand feedback on our latest offerings to the retail sector; to meet customers directly; to hear about evolving requirements and strategies, and to assess where the future is headed in the sector.
